Manager's authority setting page

| 1 | Name of manager | It is a name of the manager being logged in now. |
| 2 | Link to account setting page | It moves to the account setting. |
| 3 | Logout | It logs out from SOYCMS. |
| 4 | Link to top page | It moves to top page. |
| 5 | Site list screen link | It moves to the website list page. |
| 6 | Site ID | Site ID registered in SOYCMS is displayed. |
| 7 | Authority | The authority that the manager is popular among the object site is set. |
| 8 | Update button | The manager authority setting is updated. |
