1. What is the entry?

Please think that entries are parts that information of the title, the text, the postscript, and the date becomes one set by the unit of information treated with SOY CMS that compose the site.

It becomes the management work of the site where making and the edit of this "Entry" are the main on the site constructed with SOY CMS.

The entry is arranged by putting "Label". Which place in the site displayed with the pasted label is controlled though it depends on the production method.

2. Making method

Entry making is done from "Entry new making" links of dashboards or entry management screen "New make about the entry" icons.

①The title is input.

②The switch for for text of editor ③/postscript is done.

③The text or the postscript is input here.

④The label is selected. What entries is the input entry, and put the check in a suitable label, please. Many labels can be put on one entry.

⑤The date can be changed. It queues up from the new one sequentially if time when the entry is displayed on the site, especially the order of the row is not specified.

⑥The setting of opening to the public is done. Only when the moment with the access to "Open to the public" and the site is included for the period of opening to the public, the entry is displayed. The operation of opening to the public of the entry cannot be done by "Entry manager (the authority of opening to the public none)". Moreover, the entry on "Draft" state and "Outside the period of opening to the public" can be seen from a dynamic edit.

The importance in this is a selection of the label. For instance, a new article can be added to newly arrived information by pasting the label when the entry is made if the setting is done like displaying the entry to which "Newly arrived information" label is pasted in newly arrived information on top page (The method of the setting is various, and inquire of the person who constructed the site in detail, please). Moreover, if another label is pasted, another place of the site is updated this time on quite the same screen. When the site is constructed, the label is detailed and the disclaimer which label where displayed can be filled in.
