The manager is classified without initial manager, general manager, and entry manager and authorities as being in the manager management, and each manager has either of authority for the site.

Moreover, when the management site is only one, the SOYCMS management page is skipped, and it logs it in directly to the site management system.

It is only an initial manager that can set the authority.
